Cure Heart Disease

Can you cure heart disease? That is the question you are probably asking by visiting this web site. The answer is yes you can. Preventing heart disease is much easier but heart disease of all kinds can be cured. It takes time of course since there is no single magic bullet that will cure this or any other disease.

Doctors do not cure heart disease. Drug companies and their products do not cure heart disease. Doctors and surgeons can like a very good auto mechanic fix a heart disease problem. If you have had any bypass surgery single, double, triple or quad your doctor has fixed the clogged artery problem for now but they have not cured the disease. Everything that caused the heart disease in the first place is still present and active. Next comes the drugs. Doctors will prescribe drugs to fix, delay or hold at bay may different heart disease activities present in your body. They may prescribe a drug to help cholesterol. They may prescribe drugs to lower blood pressure and they may prescribe one to stop platelet aggregation to name just a few.  None of the drugs will cure heart disease.

Heart disease can only be cured one way. If you have heart disease or you want the best chance to prevent it you must change your diet. As hard as it sounds you must stop eating meat, fish and chicken and reduce processed food to almost nil. Further, you must eliminate trans fats. You must concentrate all your efforts on eating fruits and vegetables along with seeds, nuts and whole grains. The best example of a cure disease diet is The Rave diet. This diet has been shown to not only cure heart disease but cancer as well. It will also go a long way in helping to prevent all disease.

Good high quality food cures disease because the nutrients that your body needs to prevent the disease can only be found in raw foods. There are no nutrients to speak of in processed food. Even though there are nutrients in meat and fish they can be found in fruits and vegetables without as many chemicals or fats. The amount of nutrients in meats, dairy and fish are minimal compared to fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains.
